Paganism Is Not a Single Religion
The word Paganism carries a long history of terminology, social labels, and diverse religious identities. In modern usage it may refer to contemporary religious movements, reconstructionist paths, nature-based spiritual practices, or personal identities.
Writing about Paganism requires room for difference. No single tradition represents them all, and practitioners’ experiences do not always match depictions in ancient sources.
